Just purchased our new trailer last month would I be eligible for trailer life? It was never mentioned?

Hi Tom, I PM'd you a message with my membership #, and my address. Again I am not sure why I quit receiving them 2 years ago? because nothing on my end has changed? All of my contact information remains the same, for over 20+ years... Someone from the response team looked into it last September, and said I should receive them... but I never have. I am a Life Member, no address changes in over 20+ years... and I haven't got a magazine in over 2 years! The Good Sam Team supposedly corrected that last year, but still haven't received any magazines?
