He / You are paying for the privilege. May as well let him enjoy it. Seems you did.
Yeah I sure did... What I feel I am paying for is someone to improve Good Sam Club, and in my opinion, he certainly has done that. I feel Good Sam offers better benefits to me since he has been put into the position he has.
2nd, I am a Hugh fan of NASCAR... especially NASCAR Cup series, but I also enjoy the Nationwide series. When unexpectantly I see a guy who I think has done a good job with a Club which I belong too, start a race which I am a Hugh fan of... well, it tends to add a little excitement to me.
From your response, I take it you are not a fan of either... and that's ok. I just think this is a thread you have no interest in so I have a hard time understanding why you even would read or respond to it...

:?. Hmm. I don't believe I said anything bad against either YOU, or HIM. just stated a fact. NASCAR often rewards their sponsors / companies who pay for their races, by letting one of them start a race.
As for me being a Fan of NASCAR. Not so much as I once was. I was a huge fan, back when it was real racing, using real cars. Back when I looked across the same hood on my Mercury, that David {The greatest driver that ever lived) looked across on his. Or the same hood that Fast Freddie looked across on his Galaxie 500, or the same hood that Awesome Bill looked across on his Bird. Now that they all run pretty much the same car. Except for the grill. Not so great. As Richard. and David said. Too many rules, Can't work on the car anymore.
Shows in the stands as well. Where once Bristol tickets were handed down thru generations. Plenty of empty seats, and the back stretch stands at Charlotte were always full, Now they don't even open them for the All Star race. before they flip floped the front, and back stretch at Darlington, and The Rock was a 2 race a year track.
Now even the front main grandstands are not full. PC racing, just isn't as good as real racing. But I still watch when I can.
BTW. What was the cup series called, before it was the cup series?
Also, come on down. I'll take you over to where NASCAR started? Heard them practicing while in Hickory this afternoon.
