We used C2C for 7 yrs we FTd
When we used it....we did everything via the C2C website.
All reservations were to be made this way.......very few C2C affiliate CGs would take direct phone call reservations and only one allowed us to just show up
Had to have reservations in order to utilize the C2C affiliate CGs so doing so on-line was a piece of cake
Just had to register....then sign in to your own personal account.
Make reservations, keep tract of 'Points', buy points, tracking of past reservations etc.
