We are Canadian snowbirds. We leave home in fall using the current year
C2C book as our guide. We have a Premier membership.
Up until this year we have not found any major problem using C2C and have
found it a very cost saving program.
This fall we booked into a CG for eight nights, then we tried to book into
the next CG heading home. This is when we found out "THE RULE'.
Apparently if we are Premier members and stay free for over seven nights,
we have to be out of the system for seven days before we can book again.
This rule is "NOT IN THE GUIDE BOOK". We did find it online.
We were told it was in the 2016 book, but , as mentioned, we were using the
2015 book. We would not receive our 2016 book until we return home in Spring.
Upon returning home March 29, we found the 2016 book.
THIS RULE IS NOT IN THE 2016 BOOK EITHER.
We have talked to several people from C2C and they have all insisted the rule
has been there and in the books. I would love to know the page number it is on. I have found most of the other rules, but not this one.
