I joined GS via the Pilot/Flying J offer. Paid the bill and received an email with a temp card. Shortly after I took advantage of the veterans discounted life membership. A week later I also purchased the roadside assistance.
So far I've received my Pilot/Flying J info and my Roadside assistance info. What I haven't received is ANY membership info or cards. I went on the website and have confirmed my membership and I've even written a note via the contact us option at the website which, by the way, I've not received a response on either.
I'm a bit disappointed to say the least. Passport America, FMCA and Coach Net have all responded in a timely manner, GS has not. Why?
