You know what, nevermind. I dug around a bit more and found the original certificate.
Honestly, though, the level of service I've received from my GS membership makes me question whether I will be renewing next time. When we renewed, we had the primary name changed to mine, and I was assured over the phone, just like I was assured over the phone that a replacement certificate would be sent, that this would be changed. Card is still in my wife's name, and the replacement certificate never appeared.
Props though, on offering your roadside assistance, via usps and email - oddly with the correct name as the primary, and when I went to burn the certificate at CW Mesa, and really putting the hard sell on me when I initially called. (#sarcasm)
