Well....what are the odds that we would need RA twice within a week. Oh, about 100%. We were on the way to pick up Mom for a concert last night (lonely truck, no camper) and when I pushed the clutch down there was a VERY loud bang and I had no clutch. Was able to drive it to a friend's house, parked it and borrowed her car. (Good concert. A tribute to ABBA:)
The truck is about 5 miles from the mechanic and we decided to err on the safe side and have it towed. Called RA this morning AFTER calling the tow service. RA put us on hold, verified the information with the tow service and we're good to go!! EXCELLENT!!!
So after all the trouble we had,(see my post http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/27532511.cfm) there must have been some discussion among the RA employees because the call was handle with perfection.
