Moon River RV Resort

Help!
I know I am not the only one who ever experienced a family emergency on the road and needed to change plans quickly! I am a "planner" and like to know where I am going and when I will get there. I reserved a week at Moon River RV Resort through the Coast to Coast Good Neighbor Parks Directory and prepaid for a week. After 2 days we had to leave the state. I filled out the Refund Request Form with the Manager (who by the way was an extremely nice person). Three other campground issued refunds immediately. I have yet to get any response from the owner, other than requesting the dates (which were on the form!). It was not like they turned other campers away because of my reservation; there were over a dozen empty sites! I really was also disgusted with the fact that the empty sire next to us was used by RV's not staying at the camp to dump their waste tanks... several each day. Not much fun to sit outside in your lawn chair and smell the constant dumping of tanks! I cannot praise the Manager enough.... she was very nice, but the owner is just choosing not to respond at all! I guess she figures she got my money, so to heck with me. Any recourse that somebody could recommend would be appreciated.
