My latest experience with GS ERS.

I have a Ford Dually and wanted to go to the Ford Dealership for repairs. They wanted to send me to a neighborhood repair shop. Difference in the miles is 3.4 miles and we had to pay 23 dollars above my 299 dollar membership fee. Unbelievable! Time to make some changes..So for we have waited about 3 hours.

    Similar happened to us. We opted to pay the extra because the dealership was familiar with our truck. After, I contested the difference with GS and they reimbursed us.
