By law they can not MAKE you go to a specific company but..... (you take it from here)
No surprise there, I provided both quotes from NGIC estimator and the LaMesa RV facility where I bought my coach and it is currently being repaired. I have been fully transparent throughout this matter and felt as time went on it was becoming apparent that their strategy was to delay and stall and hope the claimant would cave in and pay the difference, Thus the "acting in bad faith" label fit the scenario perfectly: I was well aware that I was getting a job that called for the at least courtesy of vaseline, I just was not aware of the proper legal term fo it.
