Not to burst your bubble, but all you have now is more words and still no action at the present. I certainly hope you get some satisfaction, but from the track record of who you are dealing with, I'm not quite as optimistic. We have a friend who got all kinds of "help" from the customer service reps and just like everyone else. . . they lied. Years later, he has still not received the $500 free card he was to receive.
So please continue to keep us informed. That may be your best weapon. And don't forget you can still use the insurance commissioner in your state if you need to. I have always gotten satisfaction when I used them, along with my meticulously kept records, like you have.
