Well N G aka good Sam has agreed to pay less than half my claim 2 years after suing them!
Try Geico I pay half of what I as paying with the National General thieves !

From reading this it seems to be against the grain, but we lost our 2012 Rubicon in the floods in Louisiana last month. Nat. Gen. gave me full replacement value within 1 month of the loss, and a very fair amount, needless to say I reinsured our new MXT with them as well, just my personal experience

Just two days ago (9-22-16) I received quotes from Progressive and Nat Gen for an anticipated Ford F-250 truck.

Progressive 12 month premium $1068

Nat Gen 12 month premium $1410
Exact same coverages.

Also on the same quote was a anticipated 2017 travel trailer.

Progressive was $412 which included a pay in full discount for a one year policy.

Nat Gen was $776 with a phantom $50 dollar "acquisition" fee.
Same exact coverages.

Do the math.
Total one year premiums Progressive $1480
$2186 Nat Gen.

In October of 2015 I cancelled my State Farm Insurance and opted for Good Sam National General for our Diesel pusher and TOAD. The premium was $1204. Earlier this year I saw a post on a Facebook forum about a user getting a $600 increase with no claims history. A couple months ago I got a renewal notice with a premium of $2,338.00 and I had absolutely no claims! Needless to say I'm dropping them like a hot potato. This is clearly a Bait & Switch tactic on the part of National General. I would hope that Good Sam investigates this company's premium increase history to see how common this is. National General ins stinks. There is no Good Sam anymore. I am still trying to get paid from a claim over 1.5 ago! Loser *******.

Had GMAC/NGIC. Took over 3 years to force them to total our first RV. We finally just got another RV. Lost 4 years of our newly retirement. I don't trust any insurance companies. Stay away from NGIC!
