Broke down on I 81 in Carlisle PA on Wednesday. Truck, 30' 5th wheel, 2 pugs and us 2' from heavy traffic in 90 degree humidity with nowhere to walk to. Good Sam Roadside left us there for four hours....

The 80 percent is my personal experience.
Of the 5 major repairs I've had them do for me, only one was done correctly. The other 4 had significant problems, either with scheduling or execution. 4 out of 5 bad makes an 80 percent failure rate......for me.

So far, their road service, for me, has had a 100 percent success rate. one out of one.
