Never Got New GSC Card Upon Renewal

Question

Back on 6/292018 I renewed my Good Sam Club membership for another year.  My card was set to expire on 9/21/2018.  The web site said that I would get my new card in a few weeks.  I did not receive it.  I called GS customer service in late August.  The rep took the information down and said that I would get my new card in a few weeks.  I did not receive it.  Thank goodness I printed out the paper temporary card.  But I need the plastic card for things like buying gas at Pilot/Flying J.  My old card expires in 3 days.  Can you please help me?  Thanks.
