That happened to me too. My husband says I'm too impatient but my last issue I was treated very well and the young representative stayed on the phone until I decided I was satisfied. I suggest call again and ask the customer service clerk for name and operator I'D plus the city they are in right off the bat. I don't want it to scare them, sometimes clerks are trained so fast they don't fully understand their job. Sometimes it's the Teacher and not the student. I say just call again.
