I had the exact opposite experience. I renewed both my GoodSam membership and GSRA on the same day (3/31/14) and received the GSRA cards in 10 days and the GoodSam Swipe and Save membership cards in 23 days. I know this information does not help the op with his problem, but apparently the system does sometimes work as it should.
