We haven't received our cards either after 2 months. I called yesterday and they said they would mail them out and could take up to 4 weeks. I did print my temporary card, good for 60 days. I called Flying J and they said in order to take advantage of the gas discount that we needed to come in first have them enter our code then go and pump. It's a pain but at least we won't lose out on the discount.
