You can go online and print out temporary GS membership cards. Don't know if you can do the same with Roadside Assistance. The process of getting new cards to members is more complex than printing a card and placing it in an envelope and usually takes more than 2 weeks. Nonetheless a second call to verify they have been processed would be worthwhile.
