New Member Card

Question

Today is a month since my new member card was mailed.  I've called twice to let membership know I have not gotten my card.  I have no complaints about how they reacted to my call but I still don't have a card.  This makes me wonder if I should even bother with Good Sam.  Will they be there when I need them?

It seems that if you want to be a GS member you have to jump through hoops to get the silly card. C'mon guys, this is not rocket science!
