Joined the end of May while out on the road, printed out temp cards expecting our permanent cards when we got home this last weekend. Nope no membership kit but did have an offer to join Travel Assist complete with cards that arrived within a week of signing up! So you can manage to send out offers for me to spend more money on other services but you can't supply the materials that I paid for in the same amount of time! :h Come on Marcus I understand upselling all to well but you need to deliver what I bought before starting in with more offers!:o
