But that doesn't work. I first time signed up about 2 days before getting the much better deal in the mail. Called GS to see if they would be nice. No. Was told to call back next year to get the deal. Did that. No. So, I didn't renew. It's really a screw job.
So, not giving up, I emailed Marcus a little less than a month ago explaining the situation and asking for intervention. No reply. I even suggested letting renewals get the good deals UNLESS they make a claim, then it goes to the higher rate.
It's really a turn off to get you hooked then raise the price, and in my case, giving me the run around.
