They are in business to make MONEY and the companies are willing to give a substantial discount to get you as a customer. THEY KNOW that a certain per cent will let inertia set in and renew no matter the price.
That is why some companies have such a high turnove rate. Those of us who put our big boy pants on go elsewhere!
