New Trip Planner

Is the new trip planner not working? Tried to use today and was told it is not active for my account; however, I've used it in the past.

  • I got the message also. If you logout and then log back in it worked for me.
  • I get this message if I am using my laptop. When I use my desktop it works.
  • I was denied access (for 24 hours) as others, but when I logged off and on (with same email address), I was allowed on and could see all my trips. Maybe it could not identify my account, since I had not logged on for several days??
  • I tried to get on it first time today and got the message it was not working for my account and try back in 24 hours. I heard about it through another forum.
  • I also tried to use the new trip planner and was told my account was no good this AM
