When I attempt to use the new trip routing service, I get a message my account has not yet been approved, please try again in 24 hours. What do I have to do to become approved?
We are in the process of trying to get the trip routing system functional again so I thank you for your patience while we work on this issue. My suggestion would be to try using it in a little while to see if it's back up and running. Thank you again and I hope you have a good day!
