New Trip Routing Service
When I attempt to use the new trip routing service, I get a message my account has not yet been approved, please try again in 24 hours. What do I have to do to become approved?

Hello All,
If you are receiving the following message “Please wait 24 hours and try again,” please try the below to reset your cookies.
- Try logging out of www.goodsamclub.com.
- Log back in.
- Under the 'Plan a Trip' dropdown menu, select 'Route Your RV Trip'.
- Click the red 'Plan Your Trip' button.
This should reset your cookies and allow you access to the trip routing tool. Should you have further challenges, please let us know.
