When I attempt to use the new trip routing service, I get a message my account has not yet been approved, please try again in 24 hours. What do I have to do to become approved?
Thank you to Mark F. and Ryan, for the help in fixing the problem with the trip routing program. The problem WAS NOT WITH THE PROGRAM, the problem was the fact that I was using an out dated version of Firefox. After Ryan stepped me through on how to get the latest version. ALL IS WELL. Thanks to the GOOD SAM CARE TEAM. Bill
