I was just going to post that I had been checking the site again and NOW WORKS as we would expect. You can actual access the Canadian site from Campingworld.com and it takes you to CampingWorld.ca (with the red Maple Leaf mark. Then to French in you want.

Thanks for considering USPS as a shipping option, that will save us a lot on the UPS brokerage fees. When we receive packages from the US. border services may or MAY NOT add duty and/or sales tax to the shipment. Canada Post has to collect these charges, but NEVER add extra fees (brokerage) to collect them.

If the website defaults to French, there is a toolbar across the top of the page. Look for the label: "Sprache". Click on it and select: Englisch.

As also noted above, I did not misspell Englisch.

Re New Canadian website did anybody notice when u click on the American flag to change language it says ENGLISCH never seen it spelled like that before and its still in french?

The shipping cost problem comes from using UPS.

I know Canadians who will not order from a business that ships UPS.

Other options - eg USPS - are much more reasonable.

Went on the new web site,clicked to buy the Travel Guide on sale for $9.95.
Went through checkout and with shipping was only......$37.95!!
WOW I'll take three.

Thanks Marcus and team for listening to a minority group. I think it is just growing pains, (French/English) as well as problems that will come up, (crossing the border).

I was going through the website for shipping, and it shows the extra same details in the .com (US website) as the .ca (Canadian website)

Basically shipping to outside the 48 US states will be at international rates and other charges, duty, taxes, brokerage fees will be charged on delivery. A couple of personal experiences with shipping by UPS resulted in my having to pay Brokerage Fees amounting to about 80% of the original purchase value. After paying CW and another MH parts place the cost of the product, plus shipping fees to Canada, UPS knocked on our door and said that the brokerage fees ($96.00 on a $120 part) we CCOD (credit card only).

If CW shipped from a Canadian warehouse, that would eliminate the Brokerage fees, although CW would have to build it and exchange rates into the price.

Hopefully someone from Marcus' team will enlighten us on warehouse and shipping for Canadians.
