No Assistance, repeat

I posted a comment, titled, “No Assistance”, on 6/12/18. I was contacted by Zach, and told that I would receive a full years Roadside Assistance, at no charge. I would receive new info, and cards in the mail. It has been almost 2 months, and I have received nothing. I called Roadside, today, and was told they were sent to a bad address. The clerk cited my address and it was correct. Noone ever tried to contact me in any other manner, e-mail, phone, etc. so I guess they just let it slide.I am very reluctant to rely on Roadside Assistance for any help in the future.

  • I did get a call, voice mail, from Zach, I returned his call, with a voice mail. No response since, they close out these negative comments quickly, as no action. I'll try to keep mine activ, but I have pretty much given up on GS Roadside as a dependable service, and will be looking into AAA, or something else.
