I would like to know who you called to get a labor charge of $480.00?
Seems like that a service call from a truck tire shop should be way less maybe in the $100.00 range plus or minus depending on the repair. Or just go to a tire shop and "Get-R-Done" even early Monday and go on your trip.
I do hope you get things fixed.
IMO I think you may be leaning on the tow service too much and expecting to get something for free at a major inconvenient to you.
