I asked specifically about Les Schwab both in Parker and Highlands Ranch. The Dispatcher said no to them. I really don't want to purchase a new tire for $500 or more. Good Sam is insisting that unless I have a spare, I must purchase a new tire. As for changing the tire, this is a bus tire, not a smaller tire. This is the whole reason to have the roadside
assistance.
GS towing service does not repair tires! You either have a spare and they change the tire or you buy another tire from the tow company if they even offer that. Tow companies are not tire companies. Otherwise IF you WHERE on the road it's tow time.
You want the tire repaired?
You are at home, at home for gawds sake. Call for mobile 'truck' repair in your town and they will come out and jack your RV up, take the tire off and repair it. That's what they do all day long!
INMHO I'd be thankin the stars that it happened at home instead of on the road instead of complaining. GS said they would reimburse you.
