I have used the service from my home twice for a dead truck and received prompt and appropriate service. I suggested both times to send a tow first, not just a mechanic and they did. Both times the truck was towed to the dealer and I even rode in with the driver, don't know if that's really according to policy, but it sure was convenient. Away from home I had a very slow response and solved the problem through trial and error myself (different problem entirely with th TV). Over all I am a satisfied customer but find it ironic that the service was much better sitting at home than on the road.
