on a recent trip from MA to Virg. we broke a leaf spring. Looked like a burn out at Daytona. It happened on a stretch of I 84 under construction just over PA border on late Sunday afternoon. Luckily there was a pull out that we were able to back 5th wheel into. To make long story short called Good Sam who proceeded to first tell me my RSA was due for renewal in August!! Not what I wanted to hear as we sat broken down. Anyway they transferred me to someone who said they COULDN't FIND OUR ACCOUNT!!!!would we like to join. Anyway hubby and friends travelling in another camper got spring off. We all bunked in together (4 adults and 3 Labs) for the night. A few calls in a.m and we had 2 new springs, shackles etc., and by noon we were back on the road with some welcome assistants from ex marine construction worker who helped out the "old Marine" under the camper. I also have given Good Sam the benefit after a couple of other emergency snafus but not again. Not renewing again!
