I've used AAA roadside assistance for years at home. For a jumpstart, flat tire, tow to the mechanic's, keys locked in the car, etc. They never said "oh, you're at home, we won't help you." I don't believe GSRA would say that either.

I have used our USAA roadside assistance before for a flat tire in our driveway.
Now, before anyone asks, I certainly
can change a car tire. No problem. There is a reason, however, that we pay for roadside assistance, and it is so that I don't
have to change a tire.
We can also clean our own house and mow our own lawn but we choose to pay to have someone else do that as well.
If I pay for a service, I expect to get what I paid for. I think the mistake here might be in not understanding exactly what is covered.
