This will be my last response on this thread. The issue was that Good Sam could not find an available tire service truck in the metro area that was in their network. I was able to find one (using another roadside policy I have that covered all my vehicles), had the tire replaced and my only cost was for the tire.
For all those that don't understand what the service contact covers, I am not sure why you would think it matters where your vehicle is. The contract does not have any exclusion that disqualifies your home.
We are back on the road. I have been in contract with Marcus via email and a member of his team. I await the outcome.
