My Preferences do not stay unchecked and yes, I click on "Submit Changes". Then I go back in to Preferences and they're unchecked. A few days later they are again checked. I just did it again....so frustrating. It's like they'll email you or send you tons of paper even though you uncheck that you don't want it. Anyone else with this problem?
