Wait a minute, when did GS ERS start covering utility trailers? I'm pretty sure utility and boat trailers are not covered. That is one major reason that I have never purchased GS ERS.
It was covered under flat tire service since the trailer was attached to the TV. I would have had to pay for the tire delivery and road side change out if it actually happened. Like I said, I totally admit I screwed up and was willing to pay for my mistake.
Just a quick update, I did finally talk to Frank at Good Sam. He was very receptive to what I had to say. Hopefully they will use the information shared for process improvement in the future. We'll see.
