Sorry but I think you may have this wrong. YOU actually wasted 1/2 a day because YOU forgot the Spare tire while too consumed with your "Toys" and because YOU were impatient with some poor shmuck who was only trying to come help you.

Is it just me or are we as a society just looking always to blame others for our own stupid acts and to place the blame anywhere but where it belongs???

4x4, you obviously didn't read this thread through from the beginning. I "manned up" in my original post as well as my latest. I totally admit I screwed up. To call me stupid, you have that right, I call it an honest mistake that obviously you've never made. Regardless of the situation, when paying for a service, do you not expect that service to be timely? I was quoted an hour and a half and I patiently waited that hour and a half, then another hour, then more. Call me impatient but at some point, I had to do something so I did.
Think what you want but at this point, I said my peace whether you agree or not, I talked to Good Sam, they heard me out and that's all I asked for. I learned a lesson, hopefully GS learned something too. As imperfect as I am, I'm sure there will be many more lessons to be had. This adventure is now history. Corrective action has been implemented and time to move on. Feel free to hang out and dwell on this if you like.
