No responce from action line (#6179-443904440-8164)?

We originally had a necessary repair (leaking propane line) declined and asked for help in late Sept. Now in mid November the last reply on 10/24 is Sorry, but we have not heard back from anyone ye...

What a nice surprise we got a call from GS today and were able to come to a positive conclusion of the problem. Refreshing to know these posts are followed by these companies.
