I'll stick with my AAA roadside assistance = not the fastest I'm sure but at least they've always sent someone to us within a couple hours tops and usually much much quicker depending how far they have to come from to us.
It amazes me how many folks seem to have problems with GS getting service when broken down and how many I've read on various forums that say they'd never renew their membership or go with them in the first place from previous stories told. Appreciate that all companies in all fields have some issues but when I have a Roadside assistance plan 24 hr service, I expect on the odd occasion I need it for it to be responsive.
These type of experiences being shared on the net today are not very good PR for the company at all.
