This post and many others has made me wonder if this call center is overseas.
A really good trick to trip them up is to ask them what time it is where they are. If they stumble or cannot tell you just ask them directly where they are located.
If this call center is overseas GSE should re think that decision. This is NOT the type of thing that can be successfully handled by some poor guy or Woman in the Philippines or india.
A good geographic knowledge of the US and it's Interstate system would seem to be requisite for the cc personnel.
