As I understand it, the GS ERS is contracted to Allstate. I don't know for sure if the call center is an Allstate or GS call center, but we had issues with them not paying the contractor when we got a tow in October of 2014. Fortunately, our insurance picked up the bill, even though it was Good Sam's responsibility.
