Thats good to know. Thanks for the reply. But what then accounts for so many posts here that have the same problem...ie. the call center cant find them on the map?
If you say to me that you are on I10 in Louisiana at approximately mile or exit xx. Then it would take me approx 2 minutes or less with a Rand Mc Nalley road atlas or even Google maps to find your approx location. it seems incredible that we hear so many stories of Call center folks that seem to not be able to find a customer.
It seems that maybe a large US Interstate and major road map hung on the wall might go along ways :)
