Thank you for your post. I have researched your membership card order for both GSRA and GSC. FYI, GSRA cards only take about 10-14 days and the GSC cards can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to arrive. Our customer service people are always taught to quote anywhere from 2-4 weeks on cards so that we don't tell you 7 days and it ends up taking longer. I also sent you a confirmation letter via email for each club. The email letter will have your corresponding membership #, name, expiration date and the phone number to call for roadside assistance. You can use the confirmation letter as a membership card while yours are in the mail.
For future reference, any delay in recieving mail from Good Sam is because our mail is 4th class, or publication mail, which is the slowest form of delivery by the U.S. Post office.
