Online Trip Planning and 7725 GPS

Question

I have 3 trips in my GOOD SAM online planner however when I try to install them using the GPS dock, it says no trips saved in my account. This looks like a great feature but I can't get it to work.
Yes I have checked that I'm using the correct login.

I received an email that this problem has been corrected and it has. I'm impressed with the quick turn around on this problem and thank Carlos Pero and his team! and thanks to cgregory@campingworld.com for investigating this for me.

:)I also want to say that I really like the GPS and it's features especially the live weather and fuel prices!
