There is no requirement to use only Camping World locations for repairs. We have a list of 1,000 preferred providers who work with us on repairs for our ESP customers. You can also take your trailer to any qualified repair facility closer to you, as long as they call for authorization prior to making the repairs.

If you call the customer service number on your ESP membership card, we can help you locate a qualified facility closer to you.

I just wanted to clarify this is the Microtech "first place finish" limited warranty for exterior paint, interior fabric, & vinyl/leather ptoection warranty that the dealer sold us as part of our service plan.

They offer all kinds of service to dealers. In the link the two key phrasess are "help them maximize profits" and "programs designed to help drive income".

It's a dealer ripoff. Years ago car dealers would offer an overpriced upholstery protection package while you were in the F&I office getting bombarded with paperwork and sales pitches. If you agreed to it they would send the nose picking lot kid out for a $5.00 can of Scotchguard.
