palral ESP not paying off as advertised

I recently posted a complaint about ESP stalling and denying my claim to cover the cost of an a/c repair.
It was a hassle for me to convince ESP review board of the legitimacy of my claim for $1,400 but I am now pleased as this morning (Oct 2nd) a representative of Sams phoned to say the repair will be reimbursed.(also some travel expense money).
I was on the verge of cancelling my policy but will now renew on my current motorhome and hope that in future any claims will go more smoothly.
I am upset about the delay in paying me for repairs done in August
but in the end GSESP came through.
