Did you specifically call them and tell them to stop the mailings? If not, they will continue. They hope you will pass them along to your friends, kids, relatives, etc. Or that you moved out of the house and the next people will read the mailing.
Having been involved in the in the mass mailing industry some, even after you call them, they will continue to show up for as long as 6 months. This is because to get the absolute best bulk mailing rates from the USPS they have to print them in advance with each brochure or envelope in zip code sequence down to all nine digits. Then the pallets are shipped to each post office where those zip codes are delivered from. This way the USPS doesn't have to do any sorting or labor handling at all except to give them to the delivering carrier already sort in house sequence.
Part of the six month time frame also has to do with businesses having to figure out what all of there sales are going to be. And then every store can't have their Labor Day sales mailings all printed two weeks before Labor Day - there aren't enough printers so they're printed months in advance.
If you haven't called GS, then call them.
