I think the OP is one of those people that will complain at anything.
Planning for a "major trip on Monday" and today is Saturday - then pisses and moans and calls Good Sam "liars - I think an apology is in order here..
What's that phrase "bad planning on your part does not make it an emergency on my end".
IF it was such a MAJOR trip - you should have been planning way in advance and not take your frustrations out on other people - did I say "an aplogy would be nice".
