Pathetic customer NO service.......web site

So I have a major trip starting Monday.

I had planned to use goodsamclub.com to find some campgrounds along the way.

The problem is: The route planner and campground finder are BOTH broken on the web site and "customer service" tells me it can't be fixed until Monday, since today is Saturday. I assume that is a lie since Monday is a holiday and that probably pushes the fix off until Tuesday.

So it's down for one of the heaviest travel weekends of the year. Sad that they have no "call out" procedure in place for "out of hours" major problems like this.

THIS IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing works perfectly every time. Work around has been a part of life since the beginning of time. Look for an option and loose the stress!
  • I just went to the GS site and planned a short trip and it worked perfectly. Even showed the campgrounds along the route.

    But of course that has NOTHING to do with them not having a contingency plan for web site problems "out of hours".

    P.S. It looks like you can get there IF you click on the big red button from the main screen. You can't get there if you use the pulldown that appears on some later screens.
    Too bad that "customer service" nor "the team" either one knows about that "work around". Maybe they will now.
