Just signed up with Good Sam a few minutes ago. Bought the plan costing $80/yr (forgot the plan name). Hopefully, I'll be satisfied. I kept the real cheap Progressive plan as a back-up in the unlikely case I max out my service call allotment with GS.

I do have coverage through my Progressive policy but I don't like the restrictions. It's super cheap, like $5 extra but I'd rather pay for a better program.

Thank you for your time and post, you do not have to be a member of the Good Sam Club to join the Good Sam Roadside Assistance plan.

You don't need to be a Good Sam Club member to get Good Sam Roadside Assistance.
The basic policy I believe covers family auto/truck and towable RVs.
